Nextture Future Solutions provides digital services, including but not limited to:

- 3D Website & Interactive Experiences
- AI Tools & Automation
- Custom Software Development
- Video Production
Since these are customized and digital in nature, refunds are limited and subject to conditions mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the project has not been started after payment
- If there is a complete failure of service delivery from our side
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline (without valid reason)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delay caused due to lack of client communication or missing requirements
- Partial work already completed and delivered
- Services that have already been fully delivered
- Custom design, development, or AI solutions once started
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, APIs, plugins, etc.)
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before the project starts
- Once the project is initiated, cancellation requests may not be accepted
- In case of partial work, a proportionate amount may be deducted
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Any transaction charges or gateway fees may be deducted
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback
- Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal action and service suspension
