Clients may cancel their ongoing digital marketing or development subscriptions by providing a 30-day written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation is non-refundable and will be billed accordingly.
Due to the nature of digital services and custom development, Nextture Future Solutions generally does not offer refunds once work has commenced. Exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the management in cases where zero deliverables have been provided.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
